There's no need to inadvertently butter the cutting board, just spread the butter on the  second slice of bread AFTER you place it on top to complete the stack.
Simple! (although, yes, not very important)</description>

		<description>just made one on the Foreman, and replaced the butter with smart balance and made it on wheat bread. The butter is the heart buster, take that out of the picture and the sandwich is quite healthy. I love these things.</description>
