I cooked up several of these tonight. I thought they were great, but my wife didn’t. So no mustard on hers. She also thought it wasn’t greasy enough, she prefers butter on hers. I liked mine toasty, not greasy. I’ll be cooking up some more of these in the future.

Yes, by far the best grilled cheese sandwich. I used day old whole loaf Italian bread…it makes a big difference…I’d use Maille mustard…
