I found your review really very informative. It’s also comforting, in an odd way, to find someone else who is nervous about going to the dentist. I live in Pittsburgh and I’m trying to find a “painless” dentist who does large fillings, partials as well as bridgework. Yes, I could write a book about my mouth! I liked also your description of the nitrous oxide. I’ve never had it, and never knew much about it. Thank you again.

Hi Bill! What I mean about “condescending” is how some dentists take a holier-than-thou attitute when it come to giving dental advice. “You don’t floss twice a day?? You really should do that. Really.”

Of course, the friendly staff at 21st Century Dental were nothing like that and that’s part of what made my visit a pleasant experience.
