Cross-browser <Marquee>

From Bclary is xbMarquee, a cross-browser implementation of IE’s proprietary <marquee> tag. To see it in action, there’re a couple examples there, and Blary’s xbMarquees can even scroll vertically as well.

    Guess what, they’re actually going to be checking this (or something similar) into the mozilla tree and turning it on by default! Bleech. One step forward, two steps back.
