Low-Calorie Recipes

AskMen.com has a good article on low-calorie recipes for everyday eating. Best of all, most of them aren’t complicated. For instance:

Turkey Pita (260 calories)
Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat pita
  • 6 smoked turkey slices
  • 3 slices low-fat cheddar
  • Slice of yellow onion
  • Leaf of lettuce
  • Slice of tomato

    Hey, if you like those…

    try these

I get a little carried away in the middle there, but these really aren’t that complicated either.

http://eat.epicurious.com/ is my fav recipe site :-)

Alex, you seem to be big into nutrition…do you also do lots of exercise?

Josh, yeah I go to Bally’s every day. I work on upper-body twice a week, and lower-body twice a week (on the remaining days, I do just cardio on the elliptical machines).
